Porcini Herb VinaigretteIngredients
PreparationRoughly chop shallot and put in blender with garlic clove. Mince in blender. Add lemon juice and sea salt and macerate for 5 minutes. Add parsley, porcini mushrooms, mustard, honey, and two vinegars. Blend. Add oil in a steady stream with blender running. Season and adjust to taste. |
