"I want to thank you and your staff for the FABULOUS job you all did at our party.  The food was absolutely WONDERFUL!  I couldn't have asked for anything better, so tasty.  The service by you and all of your staff was TERRIFIC.  I've had so many people comment on the attentiveness of all of you, but especially the serving staff...  I've had several people tell me that they've never been to a party where they were so well taken care of.

I can't say enough good things about you, I will definitely contact you when we have our next catered party... which will probably by my daughters engagement/wedding."
