Personal Cellar-ed Wine Paired Dinner


YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME!

The whole dinner yesterday was a great experience. You did a very nice job of organizing and orchestrating the dinner. The food was excellent and really complemented the wines and John's (Alonge) presentation added that little bit of extra flair to the event.

I will also recommend Dining Details to anyone that are looking for "in house catering" in the future.

"Last night was a phenomenally good time, Julie!!  Your staff is so very good and so professional.  They made things run so smoothly.  The food was just delicious; I have just eaten some leftover butternut squash soup for dinner, mmmmm!  Yes, we all crowed over the dessert, licked the bowls, but the entree was superb also.  The meat was cooked perfectly, the risotto was yummy and the brussel sprouts were transformed.  Thanks so much for putting such a success together on such short notice."
